ABSTRACT Purpose: This study evaluates the role of social networks support, information, and trust in well-being at work, regarding positive negative affects professional fulfillment workers immersed processes organizational change. Originality/value: Organizational change is characterized as a dynamic process, constituted through relationships, context uncertainties. The mapping relationships can help understanding information flows assessment resource availability.
